This policy relates to the Revax marketing website only. Use of the Revax platform is governed by the master agreement provided at contracting.

Who we are

Revax Technologies Limited (“Revax”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16559391), with registered office at 611 Salisbury House, 29 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 5SQ, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Where we process customer data on behalf of firms using our platform, we act as a processor under the terms of our Data Processing Addendum.

Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data through this website:

  • Contact data - name, work email, firm, role - when you submit a demo request, download a resource, or contact us by email.
  • Usage data - pages viewed, referring source, device type, approximate location - through our privacy-first analytics.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, demo request, or correspondence.
  • To send service announcements and operational communications about an active engagement.
  • To analyse aggregate website usage and improve content.
  • To meet our legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations.

Lawful basis

  • Legitimate interests - to respond to enquiries from prospective customers, to operate the website, and to communicate with users of our platform on operational matters.
  • Performance of a contract - to deliver our services to firms that contract with us.

Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell personal data. We share personal data with the subprocessors listed on our security page, in each case for the purpose stated. These subprocessors are bound by data processing terms equivalent to ours.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for the period reasonably necessary to respond and follow up, and for a period thereafter consistent with our record-retention policy. Customer data is retained for the term of the engagement and a defined period thereafter as set out in the master agreement. Beyond this we hard-delete in line with the commitments on our security page.

Your rights

You have rights under UK GDPR to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by emailing info@revax.co.uk. We respond within one month.
