What counts as my data?

Two things: the documents you upload, and the questions and answers that pass through the platform. Both are treated as confidential customer data and protected the same way.

Do you train models on my data?

No. We contractually prohibit training, fine-tuning, or model improvement on your inputs, outputs, or documents - including by our model providers, who operate under zero-data-retention terms.

How is my data protected?

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access on a least-privilege basis, logical separation between every customer, and continuous monitoring across infrastructure and application.

Where is my data stored?

In secure, ISO-aligned cloud infrastructure kept in-region. You control retention policies, and data is hard-deleted within 30 days of offboarding.

Who can access my data, and how is that controlled?

Access follows least privilege and is gated by SSO/SAML, enforced MFA, and role-based permissions you manage. Every query and draft is captured in an audit log you can stream to your SIEM.

How often is security tested?

Automated vulnerability scanning runs continuously, alongside independent third-party penetration testing and ongoing monitoring. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audits are in progress.

What happens to my data if we leave?

You can delete data at any time, and on offboarding everything is hard-deleted within 30 days.
